AFTI’s Leadership Team is growing.
Len Johnson and the AFTI Board of Directors are pleased to announce that Steve Robb will assume the role of CEO. Steve joined AFTI in January 2019 as COO and has served on the AFTI Board since 2015. This appointment represents AFTI’s continued evolution to lead the market for low cost wellsite monitoring through the delivery of its WatchDog powered Virtual Wellsite Visit solution and the company’s succession planning program.
Additionally, two new Leadership roles were announced, and appointments made.
Caleb Pierce will assume the role of VP Revenue Delivery. Caleb joined AFTI in 2009.During this time, he has led the Sales and client success functions. Going forward Celeb will focus on the growth and training of the Sales and Support teams as well as drive AFTI’s growth in the US market. This new role will report to the CEO.
Alesandro de Lima will assume the role of VP of Development and Manufacturing. Since joining joined AFTI in 2013 as a participant in the Development team, Alesandro’s scope consistently increased, most recently with the assumption of the Watchdog assembly function. Alex will also report to the CEO.
